The Swenson Center's annual Julbord Dinner took place on Monday evening December 5th before the College's Festival of Sankta Lucia. We had over 100 attendees at our dinner, including two vans of attendees from the Vasa Lodge in Bishop Hill, Illinois! Many raved about the food, with special high marks for the Limpa Bread with dried fruit. Other notable menu items included Smoked salmon, locally made potato sausage, two kinds of pickled herring, Swedish meatballs, and rice pudding with lingon.
This year we gave our sponsorship levels fun names, so we had several Pickled Herring level sponsors, one Rice Pudding level, and one Potato Sausage level sponsor. Tack så mycket to those sponsors!
